Typical tasks

Eyka is Reidgard's protege. She has to sit in long meetings with pointless debates about the most valuable possible acts of revenge. Although she shares the most tedious responsibilities, she does not have any authority, but she has been promised it. She also has to study dozens of hours a week about church history and doctrine, and receive a basic education about math and world events. Even though her religion is about acting directly and violently, she has been put into a very boring way to follow it. Important people have a lot of sincere expectations of her.

Guild views / life circumstance

Vhott is a town of 4000 where slavery is practiced. Townspeople who don't have neighbors watching their back are liable to be hunted for labor, sacrifice, or sport. Capture by various factions is possible. They could be feuding or power-hungry local families, or nearby giants or barbarians.

Eyka has always been hyper-vigilant and a participant in violent conflict. Her own father is a perverse elf who travels around the world to make strangers' lives harder. Her aunt Sorzadear was a talented chaneller of the Seller of Souls, up until she was butchered by giants.

Eyka's had a lifelong habit of paranoia and a constant drive to take things from others by force. She is training diligently to remember to turn this off for her friends and colleagues, and she is slowly learning how to exploit underlings in more subtle ways, so she will have the power to give thousands of people's lives to the vengeful one.
