Iko squats in a variety of spots. His favorites are cottages owned by nobles that haven't been checked on in a while. He has been known to pretend to be the legitimate owner of new houses for a few weeks. He'll also hide in sewers and tombs. A large motivator for him to steal is so he can pay beggars to interfere with guards and foot traffic for him.
An orphan who was raised by barbarian horsemen called the Spite Thugs, he is now hunted by them because he has murdered his own kin. He hides in from them in the city. Iko would be more at home bullying goblins in a mine, yet here he is. He has no interest in cooperating or pulling his own weight even when it is to his immense benefit, so he will not join the thieves' guild.
