Norrothy takes a variety of part-time jobs and introduces herself with a handshake to everyone she sees. She memorizes all the information that everyone tells her, she cases her workplaces, tracks relationships of all the people she knows, and surreptitiously observes any possible access to valuables. She shares her information openly with guildmates, and the thieves cooperate to rob Norrothy's employers, and their friends, as safely as possible.
As a child, Norrothy would steal gold leaf from her limner mother, and blame it on her brother Krythok. She would continue blaming him for her thefts from her father's shop, stealing and shoplifting from her own family's workplace, for gifts to misguidedly woo boys she was attracted to. The thieves' guild soon learned about her method, and invited her to join. Norrothy was happy to give and receive help with her workplace theft scams. She has refined her process of stealing from work and can now do so almost undetectably.
