Sharek is the guild's dedicated murderer. Murders of noncombatant targets are usually her sole responsibility. She recruits underlings and junior thieves to assist with more complicated jobs. She does not come up with lies, scams, burglaries, or robberies. Her job is only to kill other people. Her duties make her vital to the current guild.
Sharek is a bastard child from a huge religious city. The best possible thing that could have happened to her, is that she had seen too many lives that are too much of a joke from too young of an age. She has been shipped around and exploited by various strangers from infancy.
She was eventually adopted by a hired killer named Dargo, who used her as a child-decoy, and taught her how to make a living as a killer, before he was murdered himself. She found employ eventually with the Ardarr-Norr thieves guild, them being under the thumb of the House of Knives. Shes does not have any issue with their purpose or methods. It would be very difficult to convince Sharek of any value in mercy, justice, or selflessness. She does not give a shit. She is riding high on the hog with magic daggers that love misery and thirst for blood.
