Mocot

A village close to the Povi family pig farm and the Rolik family cow farm, and within signaling distance of Baroness Dojzaru's castle "Tanager Keep". The people living here work at one of these places, if their job is not to maintain heat, food, water, and shelter within the village itself. Hunters from the wilderness lodge to the northeast also stop by once a month.

Most homes in Povi are small, dome-shaped brick houses. The style is similar to several other villages in the region, most of which are now razed.

Quality leather is plentiful in Povi, and junk leather moreso. There are multiple highly-skilled tanners and leatherworkers. Mocot is a good spot to buy saddles, armor, satchels, and aprons. The town supplies victuals to the forts Mallet, Keen, and Bosun.

The local tavern is called The Trembling Salamander. Its owner is a young fhokki man named Tokar who considers himself chivalrous.

Greknor is a fhokki woman who makes a variety of leather goods. She has no depth perception.
Darjyk is a young Raitho-Dejy who makes quality saddles and saddlebags. He has a humpback.
A cobbler named Relnie makes famously durable boots here. She is a Kalamaran who was born in Paru'Bor. She tires easily regardless of having enough sleep.
One of the tanners is named Undak. He is an old fhokki man with a slight limp.
One of the pig herders is a Raitho woman named Jornyada. She is often trying to hawk dodgy goods.
