A seaside town of huddled homes and temples for local hemp farmers. There is no harbor. Some fishers take canoes out. A mill on the shore uses tides to turn water wheels. A monastic hospital overlooks the sea.
The local pub is named The Noble Cat, where they serve liqueurs made of hay and cabbage. The annual autumn fair has hog wrangling and cheese judging.
There are ruins of some kind of water shrine inside the town. Another stone ruin on the beach has giant arches and underwater pillars.
